Arizona Grants Management

 Grants Management

  • Grant research: a customized search based on specified client needs and their timeline for implementation.
  • Grants planning: working with lead staff to develop timelines and processes required to acquire different types of funding support (by amount and duration). This is a great way to plan for program expansion or to launch exploratory ideas.
  • Grants alert: customized reports delivered hard-copy or electronically related to a client’s identified needs (e.g., literacy efforts, increased community involvement, health and nutrition).
  • Grant writing: this service ranges from complete proposal writing and support to editing and light revision. This is based on the expertise, needs, and availability of client staff.
  • Community partners: often grant proposals are strengthened by partnerships. This service includes developing partners, checking for duplicative services, obtaining letters of support, drafting MOUs, etc.
  • Grant evaluation: The Project Director is a trained evaluator and can develop evaluation designs for both project research and implementation.
  • Grants management: cash management reports, completion reports, APRs, MOWR reports, and quarterly summative reports.
  • Grants training: Workshops and courses can be provided on grant searches, grant writing, and grant reporting.
